William Lee Associates (WLA) is a 100% citizen-owned, multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm established in 1985. The firm provides civil, structural, and building services engineering across a wide range of development projects.
Over the years, WLA has built a strong reputation working with government agencies, parastatals, and private sector clients, particularly in facilitating projects at pre-investment and planning stages. Our expertise includes land utilisation planning, infrastructure servicing, traffic and access design, utility coordination, and the management of surveys and early-stage development studies.
WLA delivers projects from inception through design, tender, construction supervision, and final commissioning. The firm has extensive experience across commercial, industrial, and institutional developments, ensuring practical and sustainable engineering solutions.
In addition, WLA provides structural audits for insurance and mining sectors, incorporating advanced assessment techniques. The firm has also successfully partnered with both local and international consultants on a variety of projects.
